2. Promotion Platforms: Available on the DiverGO website, mobile site, and mobile app (Version 8.0.0 or above).

3. Eligible Users: Registered users of DiverGO who comply with the participation terms for the respective promotions.

4. Due to limited availability of promotional products, your selected booking may be unavailable on certain dates. Prices for promotional products are subject to change without notice. Please check the specific product page for the latest availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions.

5. DiverGO reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and applicable products without prior notice. We retain the right to interpret these terms and may adjust them as permitted by law, including disqualifying users who do not comply with the promotion's terms.

8. Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All legal actions or claims arising from this Promotion must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.

9. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

DiverGO reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the participation in this promotion at any time without prior notice or compensation if we suspect any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised behaviour, including but not limited to placing malicious orders, exploiting bugs, or any violation of the campaign rules. In case of disputes, DiverGo retains the right of final interpretation and decision. The Promotion is non-transferable unless stated otherwise. If a user cancels or refunds a booking, any rewards obtained will be revoked.
